Unhappy with the current shape and size of her nose, this patient came to Dr. Craig Jonov inquiring about a nose job surgery. In addition to her unhappiness with the cosmetic look of her nose, she also had some breathing problems caused by a deviated septum. Dr. Jonov performed a combined rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedure to give her a smaller nose and correct her deviated septum. Both the aesthetics and function of the patient’s nose have improved after surgery.
