This is a 41-year-old woman, with 2 children, who breastfed her children. She wanted fuller breast now that her children are older. On examination, the patient has some ptosis. The right breast is higher than the left. The right chest is more anterior. There is a slight pectus excavatum. We successfully performed a breast augmentation with 390 cc MH anatomical implants and made sure that her breasts and folds align.
