This patient underwent an inframammary fold breast augmentation with 450cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants placed submuscularly for a natural yet enhanced look. The inframammary approach allows for a well-hidden incision in the breast fold, while submuscular placement provides a more natural contour and long-term support.
