This patient underwent a bilateral otoplasty to address her primary concern of prominent ear protrusion, a condition she wished to correct for a more balanced appearance. Through a discreet incision placed on the back of the ear, we were able to reshape the underlying cartilage and pin the ear structure closer to the head. This strategic approach ensures immediate improvement in facial harmony while keeping the resulting scar effectively hidden within the natural crease behind the ear.
