This patient underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation starting with a Face and Neck Lift to address skin laxity and redefine the jawline. The surgical contouring was enhanced with a Platysmaplasty to tighten the neck muscles and eliminate prominent neck bands. Finally, the procedure was finished with a CO2 laser treatment targeting the lower two-thirds of the face to improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and optimize overall skin quality.
