This patient came to Seattle Plastic Surgery and presented with extra, loose skin. She also had a relaxed platysma muscle which contributes to her appearance. The patient underwent a facelift with platysmaplasty where Dr. Jonov removed extra skin and tightened the skin. He also tightened the platysma muscle. The patient has seen great results.
