This patient underwent a breast augmentation with 430cc MemoryGel Boost implants placed submuscularly to establish an enhanced baseline for breast size and shape. To correct pre-existing asymmetry with precision, a unilateral fat transfer was then performed, using fat harvested from the waist to strategically add volume and refine the contour of only the right breast. The final result is a beautifully symmetric and proportional chest, further enhanced by the secondary benefit of a more defined waistline.
