This patient underwent a breast augmentation using an inframammary fold incision, a technique where the incision is discreetly placed in the natural crease beneath the breast. To achieve her desired volume, 500cc smooth round silicone implants were placed in a submuscular position for a smooth, natural-looking breast shape. The final result is a beautifully enhanced breast size and fullness, achieved through a well-concealed incision point.
