I give our patients the kind of support I would like to have if I were a patient.

I have the pleasure to meet and greet the patients by phone and then in person. I help Dr. Grenley get the patients ready for surgery, insuring that all the behind-the-scenes arrangements are complete so that surgery can be performed safely. I guide each patient through the pre-and post-surgical process with the utmost care, keeping it from being intimidating and letting the patient know that I am there for them every step of the way. Since I am often the first person to speak with them when they call about plastic surgery, it is particularly satisfying to help them through the process and later see how excited they are with the results of their surgery.
